- Foundations Care is a not-for-profit that has been passionately dedicated to a single purpose for more than two decades; that the core needs of children, young people, to feel safe, accepted and valued within their family and community, will be realised. Our partnerships are strong and long-lasting. Working alongside, researchers, behavioural scientists, government departments, Elders, community leaders, carers, corporates and other not-for-profits means we are giving children, young people and families the best possible chance at a safe and stable life from which to thrive. By integrating innovation, evidence-based practice, and the latest insights from behavioural science into every aspect of our work, we’ve consistently achieved transformative outcomes for children and young people that are redefining what is possible in our industry.

- Foundations Care is a trusted, community-focused organisation dedicated to supporting children, young people, and families through compassionate, professional care services. With a strong commitment to creating safe, stable, and nurturing environments, Foundations Care works closely with carers, families, and local communities to help vulnerable children feel valued, protected, and empowered to reach their full potential. At the heart of Foundations Care is its foster care and out-of-home care support, where the organisation recruits, trains, and supports foster and kinship carers who provide loving homes for children who are unable to live with their biological families. Foundations Care understands that every child’s situation is unique, which is why their approach is child-centred, trauma-informed, and tailored to meet individual emotional, social, and developmental needs. Carers receive ongoing guidance, training, and 24/7 support to ensure they feel confident and well-equipped in their caring role.
