<p><strong>Supervisor of Shipbuilding, Groton, CT would like to procure manufactured Hydraulic Flex Hose Fittings per specifications and delivered to the Government facility by December 31, 2026. </strong></p> <p>This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial procurement prepared in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Subpart 12.2, effective 1 February 2026, and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is intended to result in a single firm‑fixed‑price award.</p> <p>Solicitation Number <strong>N62789‑26‑Q‑1004</strong> is issued as a <strong>Request for Quotation (RFQ)</strong>. Evaluation of all line items does not obligate the Government to award all line items.</p> <p>The Government intends to evaluate quotations and make an award <strong>without discussions</strong>. However, discussions may be conducted if determined necessary by the Contracting Officer.</p> <p>The Government will notify offerors if a submission is missing any required elements.
