<p><strong><u>Description</u></strong><strong> -</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.&nbsp; This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.&nbsp; Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.</p> <p>&nbsp;Solicitation number 1232SA26Q0875 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Agricultural Pesticides.</p> <p>&nbsp;This acquisition&nbsp; is set-aside for small business concerns.&nbsp; The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 325320&nbsp; The small business size standard is 1,150 &nbsp;This acquisition is &nbsp;a Total Small Business Set-Aside.&nbsp; All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;See attachment &ldquo;C04_Issued Solicitation_1232SA26Q0875&rdquo;&nbsp;for applicable clauses, instructions, and evaluation criteria.</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;In order to be considered for award <strong>OFFERORS SHALL SUBMIT&nbsp;<u>ALL</u>&nbsp;OF THE FOLLOWING</strong>:</p> <p></p> <ol> <li>Submit Firm Fixed Price quotation (quote on company letterhead) detailing the item(s), description, price, PLACE of MANUFACTURE, and inclusive of ALL costs including , but not limited to shipping, and valid for at least 60 days after receipt of quote.</li> </ol> <p></p> <ol> <li>Submit attached SF-1449 with blocks 17a, 30a, 30b, 30c, and individual Contract Line Items priced in full.</li> </ol> <p></p> <ol> <li>Submit Sam.gov Unique Entity ID (UEI) with quotation.</li> </ol> <p></p> <ol> <li>Submit Capability Statement and/or technical documentation/brochures showing technical capability to meet or exceed ALL salient characteristics in the Specifications.</li> </ol> <p></p> <p>&nbsp;REJECTION OF QUOTATION: Failure to demonstrate compliance or to submit&nbsp;<strong><u>ALL</u></strong> items requested in solicitation prior to due date will be cause to reject the quote <em>without</em> further discussions.</p> <p>&nbsp;DISCUSSIONS: The Government intends to award without discussions but reserves the right to conduct discussions should it be deemed in the Government&#39;s best interest.</p> <p>&nbsp;<strong>Quotes are due on 07/30/2026 at 9:00 AM CST</strong> by email to Katelyn Nelson at&nbsp;katelyn.nelson@usda.gov.&nbsp;<strong>You must include the solicitation Title Name and Number as the <u>subject line of the email</u>.</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;<strong>Questions</strong>-All questions must go to Katelyn Nelson, whom may be reached at Katelyn.nelson@usda.gov for specific questions regarding this combined solicitation.&nbsp;<strong>You must include the solicitation name <u>AND</u> number as the <u>subject line of the email</u></strong>.
